Preliminary interview of the candidates by skilled personnel to determine their skills and competency.
The short listed candidates are then scrutinized for their past trade records, health and education qualification.
We can also conduct the interviews for final selection, if situation demands so.
Assist the finally selected candidates in clearing their pre-departure formalities including passport, immigration clearance, ticketing, and orientation programs, etc.

Psychometric Assessment
We use psychometric tools - personality and ability questionnaires or tests to supplement other selection processes to choose the right candidate for our client
Selection process
To ensure healthy and professional manpower we have adopted the following :
i. ADVERTISEMENT After receiving the authorization from our clients we publish openings for all position with complete job description in the leading newspapers.
ii. PRESCREENING all applications received will be subjected to an initial screening by our recruitment Panel.
iii. SELECTION PANEL INTERVIEW AND TEST After prescreening, selected applicants are routed through a SELECTION PANEL Consisting of Technical experts who conducts the tech screening and short lists candidates
iv. VISA DOCUMENTATION: Business Visa and H1 will be processed for the required candidates
