The Process :

Technical Interview
Management Interview
Reference Checks
Once the candidate has passed these steps in the process, a resume is produced in the RSC format.
The resume is e-mailed or faxed to the client manager.
The client manager is contacted to determine interest in interviewing the candidate.
If the client is interested, an interview is scheduled.
If the client chooses the candidate for their position a rate and start date are negotiated.
